Ham (Smoked) need help!

Misc.

WE BOUGHT A SMOKED HAM AT ONE OF THE SMOKE MEAT PLACES ON WAY TO BRANSON, MO THE PROBLEM IS when I took it out of the net, it was hard as a rock. Fully cooked but tried heating it in foil for about 1 hour, it did soften it up some. My question is what could I do with it? To hard for sandwiches etc. Very delicious flavor. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you
