1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 med. onion chopped
2 cups cubed ham
2 cups milk

Melt margerine in 4 qt dutch ove. Stir in baking mix and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in everything BUT milk and ham. Heat to boiling over med. heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Reduce heat until vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in ham and milk. Heat thru. If you live at high altitude cook vegetables 10 to 15 minutes.
