I don't know if this will help now, but whenever I cook a ham, I use a bottle
of 7-up to cook it in. The carbonation helps to tenderize the meat. It can
be regular(which is what I use or diet). If you want to try this, I would put
the ham in a roaster, pour the soda over all the ham, cover it with the
roaster lid and reheat in a low temp in the oven. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
