Here's what we're doing..

I'm having my Granddaughter's first birthday party next month. Like yours it's
really for adults. We're having a fajita buffet, (chicken and steak) mexican
rice and beans, queso & chips and of course birthday cake. Havent worked out
all the "go withs" yet. I think most of this can be made ahead and just heat
the tortillas at the last minute. The table will be spring colors with yellow
and green balloons. Let us know how your party goes, btw I'm in Dallas.
