Hi Carol,

You've been on a creative cooking roll this week haven't you? After the two great sounding dressings posted, I should be embarrassed to post this but I know you look for shortcuts too so I'm taking the risk. I eat spinach salads often myself but rarely make homemade dressings. So if you can stand bottled dressings, you might want to try Ken's Steak House Fat Free Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette. Very flavorful IMHO. But let's not tell anyone else I'm telling you about a bottled dressing here on this board (grin).
