Recipe(tried): Vinaigrette

Salads - Salad Dressings
Vinaigrette

I love spinach salads and have them frequently. I mix up a mixture of:

Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
honey
Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, finely minced
S & P
Herb of you choice, minced ( I usually use basil)

There are no set amounts here I just usually mix up enough for as many people as I have eating with me and eye ball it. I usually sprinkle chopped apple and toasted chopped pecans over my salad and if I'm feeling decadent some crisp cooked crumbled bacon. It is delicious!
