Recipe(tried): Balsamic Sweet Dressing from Chicago Pub

Balsamic Vinigrette - (Got this recipe from an Irish Pub in Chicago, asked the chef ..Dublin's on State Street)

5 oz soybean oil (can use olive oil)
1oz water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
5oz balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of finely chopped walnuts

mix well and adjust herbs to your own taste....
