No, you are not too late. I plan on checking this posting for a few more days, as I enjoy getting answers to postings. Thank you for adding yours. They both sound good & I'm going to try them. I was hoping someone would post a hot bacon dressing recipe. I'm planning on increasing the amount of spinach salads I eat for the health benefits, so it will be nice to have all of the dressings people have posted. Now I can eat my salads a number of different ways & not get tired of them.
