Hi Daphne,

How about a beautiful homey Meat Loaf Dinner with a Spring Flair.... You will have to make about 3 meat loaves because usually each one serves 8 people, use a 5 lb. bag of potatoes, about 4 tins of rolls, and 4 lbs. glazed carrots.

Meat Loaf with Mushroom Gravy
Mashed Potatoes with Chives
Green Peas
Glazed Carrots
Fresh Strawberries with Whipped Cream
Rolls and Butter
Iced Tea

All the ingredients above can be found on specials this week becuase of the holidays. You can go canned or fresh on the veggies. And the whipped cream can be either cool whip or the one in a canister. Use your coupons for further savings. I shop all the grocers for their specials and really save...
