Hi Debbie.............I can sympathise

   My old freezer (in fact it was my Mom inlaws,and she has been gone 6 years,and she,d bought it new about 18 yrs before that!!!!!)which was my standby for bulk cooking etc as it was so Huge,it was American and I loved it,finally gave up the ghost and its contents all over the washhouse(where I keep the w/machine tumble dryer and another fridge!)floor Gosh what a mess!!!!!Thank goodness it was not in my Kitchen(which we totally redid last year)I think I would have sat in the middle of the flour and Howled endlessly!!!!
Love your Menu,I must admit since returning to work my 2 crockpots (and dishwasher!)have become fond friends!!With the chicken dish what could I substitute for the catalina dressing(mexican ,italian?etc)as we don,t get it here.
