Thank you for info.Yes that would explain it.I have tried to give more mature cats a bath, never a kitten.The ones we have adopted into the family have been older cats who are set in their ways.We have this wonderful Veterinarian Warehouse nearby where we get our flea & tick spot treatment & it works too.Its reasonably priced about $30 for 5 treatments,much cheaper than a visit each month to the vet to have it applied.We never have a flea problem!
