back! I didn't post the strawberry shortcake recipe because I just used a yellow cake mix and divided it into two loaf pans. One loaf I froze for later use and the other we topped with Cool Whip and strawberries sweetened with EQUAL. Using EQUAL is the only way that I can ever get our strawberries sweet enough!

I'm glad that your husband is able to enjoy your wonderful dishes again!
