Hope I'm not too late in answering your question. I just use a regular old standard metal pie pan. Nothing fancy, just one I've had for a million years or so. No need to oil the pan or anything, my gosh, the dough has enough oil in it to lubricate the Titanic! :-) Now, let me know how you like this pie! So far I'm batting 100 on it!
Oh, and Pat...We here in Virginia are really in the midst of the "Summer Muggies"! Today was stiffling! You know...those days when going outside only means running back into the a.c. I kinda figure you in Arkansas are "enjoying" the same stuff! Arkansas and Virginia are such similar states.
