ISO: blueberry pie (and reply to bora from Betsy)

so? do you cook this pie in a cold oven? No oven tempis given...what is it?

Hi Bora,

David's Blueberry Pie isn't baked after filling (only the pie shell is baked). Follow the recipe as instructed for cooking the filling and filling the pie. It's a great recipe (thank you David!) but the filling isn't dense like you would have in a baked two-crust blueberry pie - it's thick and fruity.
