David. More about blue...I chanced upon www.blueberry.com website this week and found recipes and info re the berry we've been discussing. Surprise - apparently "we" turn the berry purple because we add lemon juice. Oh, well, I like that addition so I'll just stick with the purple color. Made the pie AGAIN this week - just keeps getting better and better. Will try the peach one as soon as I return from vacation. By the way, are you a trained chef working in field? just curious. awaiting more of your wonderful recipes even as I write this.
