Follow Up on "Blueberry Pie"!

Misc.

Hi Pat,
The best we've worked on this idea is with "Blackberries", and it seems that the water content of the berries plays a factor in it all. We're trying to "perfect" this...I will post the results later when I have them.
Just try this tad of a recipe..it certainly worked well with us in the test kitchens at the store and has proven to be a big BIG hit.
Once you fix this, it is SO SO simple, and will be a "HIT" and long time companion in your recipe book. I promise ya'll that. Enjoy. But, also, we all gotta remember that the idea came from Tourmaline years and years ago..

Peace To All On "Blueberry Hill",
David In Virginia
