Recipe(tried): Peach Version Of Blueberry Pie!

Misc.

Hi Judy,
Thanks so much for fixing this pie for your family. It really is a simple and easy recipe.
The recipe will work as well with peaches, just be sure you take all the skins off them peaches first, it makes it better. Just use two cups of skinned peaches cooked in the cornstarch mixture, to two cups of skinned peaches raw. The recipe works well with this. The only time you need to worry about moisture content with this recipe is when your useing blackberries or raspberries. Those berries are a lot moister than blueberries and peaches, so, be a bit careful with the water, start with just 1/8th cup of water, then you can add more water as you see how it is thickening.
Now, Judy, if you want to see a really lucious summer pie, scroll back up to the top side of the "Tried & True", I'm posting a wonderful recipe for a pie called "Peaches & Cream". It's a winner!

Peace To You,
David In Virginia
