Micha,
I love the idea of compiling the cookbook of our favorites. I started doing that years ago but I haven't kept up with it. I'd like to have a dollar for every time that I've spent hours looking for a recipe because I just can't remember where I originally found it. I think that I need to get busy working on that cookbook again.
I see that you are from AZ. We moved here (Chicago area) from Tucson, AZ about 2 and a half years ago. I miss AZ terribly. This week when it was 16 outside as I walked the dogs (Jack Russells), I was terribly jealous of my daughters who are still in AZ. They told me that it was still in the 70's there.
