The stuffing balls were not a big hit. Thankfully I had made my regular stuffing recipe also. They were more like meatballs than stuffing. If I were to make them again I would use sausage rather than ground pork and I would double the amount of stuffing but keep the meat the same. You would have to adjust the other ingredients to make up for doubling the cubed stuffing mix. I just think that the idea is great but it just didn't seem like stuffing to me. As I said, it was more like meatballs.
