I tried coca-cola pork chops, too!

I tried Coca-Cola Pork Chops too! But I kind of changed the recipe, no offense to Rhonda, but I had seen similar recipes, and I thought maybe if I spiced it up a bit, it would be more to our tastes.

So, I used 1/4 c. barbeque sauce (mango and chipotle pepper), 1/4 cup cola, and a splash of worcestershire sauce, spread a couple of onions worth of slices on the bottom of the crockpot, topped the boneless loin pork chops with the sauce, and set it to high for one hour, and turned it down to low for 3 more hours.

My kids won't eat mushrooms either, so you might want to try the onions, Pam.

These were delicious, and easy!
