I used the SURE GEL recipe for jam and used the invert for 5 min method it describes instead of the water bath & it worked great. I also have peaches left from last year in the freezer and made some with 1/2 plum & 1/2 peaches. Go to the Canning Board & look for my post Plum/Peachy Jam (my DH likes this better) . Maybe I dessribed it ok. This was my first attempt I was well pleased with the SURE GEL. Will try to post the chicken recipe (it may have to be Mon.)

Peaches will be next. Our little tree is loaded & DH asked me to go by the hardware store to buy an "Owl" to scare the other birds away. Hope it works they were so good last year!
