Lots of plums comming in right now. Last year I blew it big time. First try at Jam, bought all the goodies, made a BIG mess in the kitchen, and ended up with plum syrup. Just came out way to thin. I would love a recipe for your jam adn I will give it another try this year. Thanks a million!
