Recipe(tried): Crock Pot Lemon Chicken

Menus

1 chicken, cut up (I use boneless skinless breasts)
1 t vinegar
1/2 c flour (or a little more)
1 t salt
3 T catsup
6 oz frozen lemonaide
3 T brown sugar

2 T cornstarch mixed with
1/4 c waterDredge chicken in flour & salt mixture. Shake off excess & brown in hot skillet with a little oil. Remove chicken & place in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients (except water & cornctarch) and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs. Remove chicken to a warm platter & thicken sauce with cornstarch/water solution, and serve along with the chicken.Note: This came from Betsy's post of "12 crockpot recipes". I would recommend using a good brand lemonaide. Also, you may or may not want the extra sauce, I thought it was great without but DH (yes that's Darling Husband liked the sauce over rice. I think you'll like this one.
