...to understand what is going on here. I know Cheerios are a breakfast cereal and you pour milk on them, and maybe some fruit, and you eat them. Simple! So why would you have an excess of them and why would you want to "cook" with them? I am baffled, but that's probably 'cos I'm a Brit, although before this I thought I'd almost worked it out!
