I don't have one - however, my son (who lives in another state does). He often uses it when he is grilling. When talking to him a few mintues ago I asked him - and he said he usually puts fresh herbs (rosemary, etc.) and garlic, etc. into the food processor first so they are finely ground. He also says he doesn't really 'use' recipes - just a more 'intense' version of what he would use if marinating it, say, for several hours or overnight. Don't know if this will help you or not.
