Isn't it great?!

Misc.
Helen has some great recipes and she updates regularly. I think it's a great archive for British cooking and i love her opening statement about how it is often regarded as a bit of a 'joke'.

Kitty is fine, thanks for asking. She has changed soooooooo much. Where once she was timid and frightened she now rules the roost. She may look adorable but she's a bit of a bully cat in the neighbourhood i am afraid - she does like a good scrap. She came in the other night and the ginger patch on the top of her head was all sticking up - on closer inspection the fur had been pulled out and resulted in some nasty scratches, thank goodness she's had her shots. I guess she's the new cat on the block so she's just trying to mark her territory and she has to compete with four cats next door and numerous others in the neighbourhood. I am just glad that she isn't too timid outside and can hold her own. My neighbour and i (the one with four cats)get on very well and we think that the cats will find their 'feet' with each other given time. Listen to me will you!! Anyone would think that i am describing a child!! LOL!! I do fuss! Anyway, i haven't noted any postings from you in a while, how's things?
