ISO: Help with Mushroom Ketchup...description and possible substitute

I have recently copied Karen-England's recipe for Beef and Guiness Pie. One of the ingredients is mushroom ketchup; I am not familiar with this. Could someone help me find a description and possible substitute for this item.
