ISO;PEARL ONION DISHES

Laast Thanksgiving week-end, I was a guest at a dinner paty/ The hostess served a
casserole or dish with pearl onions in a cheese sauce. I did't feel I knew her well
enough to ask for the reciipe. Does anyone have recipes similar to this one?
