I've never seen Eno's here except

Dipti and Patricia: I was born and raised in SA, now living in California. I have not seen Eno's Fruit Salts anywhere, except occassionaly in stores that carry British products. I think the closest thing is probably Alka Seltzer, but I have no idea if they are chemically the same thing.
