Kaleidoscope Cookies

You can also cut out a shape in the center of the cookie - ie a heart shape with a heart shaped cut out in the middle- fill the middle with the crushed life savers and you really have a window pane cookie. I did these and put a hole in the top and inserted a pink or white ribbon when cooled- you can do for the Xmas tree also with different shapes, colors etc.

They are a big hit with my grandkids!!
