Karen - Miracle Whip...

...is like mayonnaise, but it seems sweeter and less rich, IMO. If I were to make a recipe calling for Miracle Whip I would automatically substitute good mayo. It's just my preference. A tiny bit of sugar could be added, if you felt the dish needed a touch more sweetness after you've made it and tasted it.
