Linda...feeding 200

Misc.
Linda...try the library for a book called "Food for Fifty"...it has been reprinted several times. I work in school food service and the book is my bible for catering events. It will help you judge amounts, too. I just did a pig roast for 120 and have a picnic for 80 this week. Good luck...it's fun!
