Looking for some good freezer meal ideas

Misc.

I have several very pregnant friends and as a gift I want to cook several meals
for their freezer. I figure with a new baby they'll have other things to worry
about and this will be more appreciated than an outfit from Baby Gap.

So anyway, I would like to give them at least two complete meals, maybe toss in
some of those packaged salad greens. I'm weak in main dish category and could
use some suggestions. I considered soup but one friend really hates beans so
that rules out a lot of the things in my freezer.

main dish: lasagna, need some more ideas

dessert: My specialty so I've got this covered - frozen cookie dough they can
bake as needed, apple pie frozen just need to bake. Maybe some of those cake in
a cup mixes everyone's been raving about.

bread: I was thinking of biscuit dough to keep in the fridge and bake as
needed, maybe some rolls. Any thoughts here?

What do you think? All input is much appreciated. I was planning on doing all
this next weekend - March 13th.

Thanks!
