By the by, Margaret, I am pretty new to this site as well. I just found it this last summer. I think most of us are just people who like to cook who are from all over the place and who are all different ages and with all kinds of different cooking experience. I hope this helps you to feel more comfortable with this site. I'm addicted to it:-)!!!
