Recipe: Strawberry Bavarian (using Jell-O and Cool Whip)

STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN

1 (3 oz.) package Jell-O Gelatin, strawberry flavor
1 cup boiling water
1 (10 oz.) package Birds Eye Quick Thaw Strawberries
1 1/2 cups thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping (plus additional for garnish, if desired)

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Add strawberries; stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken.

Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into serving bowl. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.

Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.

Makes about 3 cups or 6 servings
