ISO: Luby's Sweet Potatoes with Marshmellows

I have looked but cannot find a copycat recipe
for Luby's Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Marshmellows. If anyone has this I would sure
appreciate it. If not, if someone has just a
tried and true recipe that they use for this
dish, I would appreciate it also. I want to
serve about 11 people. The dish I am looking
for is cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes with
added sugar and vanilla, probably cinnamon or
nutmeg. I don't know how much of anything to
use. The marshmellows are placed on topped and
browned in the oven. Also, if you make it the
day before, I guess you would warm it in the oven
the next day, but when do you add the marshmellows? Thanks so much!!!
