Margie..Halloween Foods

Misc.

Thanks for all the great Ideas. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because of the parties a friend of mine used to give. These were special times with fun foods. I would love to get Margie's body parts story if she finds a way to send it out. Also, I have found great ideas for food for Hallween parties that adds to the spooky motif. A lot of these ideas can be found in women's magazines, such as Woman's World, Family Ciricle, Women's Day etc. around Oct. Some of these: Punch with A ring of frozen gummi worms, punch with melon balls with an inserted raisin to make an eyeball float in the punch, another is using a cresent roll rectangle (two triangles) with cuts along the edges-wrap around a hot dog to give the effect of a mummy. These may be fun to add to a party and for older kids to have fun making!! Also I found a great book that has fun food: Creepy Cuisine by Lucy Monroe NY: Random House Copy 1993. This would make an at home trick-or-treat fun and creepy in maybe a haunted house motif!!! Also, there are many great sites that offer creepy food ideas. Happy haunting.
