Mother'Day Dinner at our house

This year I surprised my mother with a really Class A Dinner for her special
day:
We had:
Strawberry Daiquiri
For starters : Little Tartes of Mozarella Cheese and Tomatoes with Rucola
Pesto, served with Crusty White Bread
Main Course: Filet of Tender Lamb With a Crust of Herbs and White Bread Crumbs
served with Roast Potatoes and a very very nice Lamb Sauce (made from a LAmb
Stock, which I cooked for 3 hours)
Dessert: Rhubarb Ice Creme (homemade) with a nice Rhubarb Ragout.
Was all very delicious and I crowned myself with 2 or 3 kitchen crowns .
Mom and whole family enjoyed it very much
Just wanted to let you know.
