Martha White Mexican Cornbread Mix and here are some of the ingredients: dried Cheddar cheese, parsley flakes, dried red and green pepper flakes, jalapeno pepper powder, and dried onion.

As I wrote to Cali, the original recipe called for Jiffy Cornbread Mix, but I like the Martha White Mexican Cornbread Mix better.
