MINI MEXICAN BURGER BITES
FOR THE HAMBURGERS:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped red, yellow or green bell pepper
2 tablespoons French's Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Frank's RedHot Sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
FOR SERVING:
Lettuce (optional)
12 mini dinner rolls
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Salsa (optional)
Gently combine all ingredients for the hamburgers in large bowl. Shape into 12 mini patties.
Broil or grill patties 4 to 6 minutes for medium doneness (160 degrees F internal temperature), turning once.
Arrange lettuce on rolls, if desired. Place burgers on rolls and top with Cheddar cheese. Serve with salsa, if desired.
Makes 6 servings
