Recipe(tried): Broccoli Cornbread

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
I tryed Debbie' Broccoli Cornbread and it was wonderful. I used fresh chopped broccoli (about 10 oz)
and I used 2 packages of regular cornbread mix by Jiffy
(8.5 oz boxes). If it looks a little dry--I added a tad bit more of cottage cheese. It was the greatest. In fact
we enjoyed some again this weekend.
