Need new Party ideas, themes, games, menus

Last night I signed up to be on the social committee of my International Beta Sigma Phi chapter. This would be parties for husbands/wives, ages 38-60 years (a young 60). Maybe some of you belong? I was on the committee a couple years ago, and wasn't going to be again for awhile - you can get burned out if you run out of ideas. Buuuuuuuut , since I have found all of you and your wonderful ideas, I think I could use many of them for our group. :-) You always come through with great ideas!!!
The first party will be in the fall, then winter, spring & summer. I want to get started on ideas now. We have to plan ahead to put them in our program book for the coming year. We will be getting together to plan and make choices this summer. I have searched the whole 'It's My Party' board and have found a few ideas, but I need many more. The whole committee has to choose and we all have our own ideas of what would be fun. I'd like to give them a lot of choices. I will admit, we all have been members for soooo long, we are all getting short on ideas. I need: themes, games, menus, decorations. The summer party could be the only one outside, depending on the weather for the Spring party. We don't spend loads of money and either have the committee cook the food, or many times we assign each person to bring something.
