moister & the coke would give the cake that added dimension of slight gingery taste plus the extra advantages of carbonation,syrup,flavoring etc...There are all kinds of recipes out there that reap the benefits of different sodas.What a delightful combination,am looking forward to trying this recipe!Thank you Gladys!
