okay so I'm the only dense one ...

now I know this is DUMB but I have to ask how DO you apply this to the pans?? I don't use spray in baking so i'm not that nieve (I liked Jo's joke though!) to think I should spray it but how do you all do it paper towel??

PS my sis taught me to save the butter marg wrappers and use them to coat a pan but then I floer it as well this seems much better ....
