Using Nasty Stuff That Makes Me Ill!

Misc.

Dear Jo,

I used to have a devil of a problem with the spray on stuff, not to mention the sticky build-up on bakeware! This recipe was devised purely to use on decorative baking pans (i.e., the really expensive stuff) where all the pattern is supposed to show in the final product.

There is a spray-on product having a floury finish now available; however, it's not cheap and still contains propellents.

I enjoy making my own mixes rather than purchasing them. Next project is duplicating a very expensive herb blend which we use constantly. Reason is that the price seems to increase with every bottle.

Thanks for your input!
