OOOH Michelle...I haven't even had >>>

Misc.

breakfast but this sounds sooo good! I've been on a real Japanese kick
lately. Lighter eating just makes me feel better. I'll have to check out the
Yamusa(sp?) soy sauce on my next visit to Yaohan. I usually buy Kikkoman light
which has less sodium in it.

You wouldn't care to part with the "Szechuan" style prawn recipe would you?
It's sounds so yummy! I much prefer the Hunan & Szechuan styles of cooking to
what is called Cantonese here in the states. What passes for Chinese cooking
here is often "sweet and sour glop"! Perhaps you experienced some of this when
you lived here. We have a pretty good local restaurant called Venus that does
some nice things with vegetables. Also General Tso's chicken, Quo Tieh(Sp?) and
Moo Shu.

I once heard that owners of Chinese restaurants will name their establishments
after something that they wish for. If that's true I guess we know what the
owners of "Venus" wish for!

Hope you had a nice visit with your Father-in-Law.
