Hi Micha,

It is so nice to see someone else get so excited about a cookbook. Secret about me, I am a Library Technician so of course I love books. Bad secret - my Abyssinian cat Maya loves to eat paper! I keep telling her she is in the WRONG house to be doing that!!!! My Association will banish me forever! (lol). She is 4 years old. I have had her for 2 years and she has always done that!

I get excited about getting a new or new to me cookbook too.

Please share some recipes, once you test them.

Can't wait to hear about the recipes.

I replied to your posting for an eggplant recipe - I think it was that posting?? I haven't checked it yet but in case you did not see it, how do you pronounce your name? Is it like Meesha (sh sound) or like Meekha (hard k sound)?
