Hi Page! I read further down in one of the posts that you had a crepe maker, Please help me as soon as possible! ;o) My son is having 2 other classmates over after school TODAY to make crepes for a French class buffet tomorrow, (each 3 students have to get together to make a different item) Well, I went to our local Goodwill and found a Craperie crepe maker,($3.00) but it had no instructions with it! Can you give me a brief lesson on how to do this? How much batter to use etc....? Before 4 pm? hehe Or anyone else that can help me, PLEASE DO!!! I thought if one used the crepe maker & 1 used a pan it would go much faster, they have to make 30 crepes, or is it just easier to use a pan? Sometimes these small appliances are more trouble than they are worth...
