Please let me know when you do try those crepes and how they turn out. I've been reflecting on that recipe since I posted it and I wish I could add an addendum to it. I remember that I sauteed the mushrooms and shallots until the liquid had reduced considerably. Otherwise, they should be great - even if you don't reduce the liquid so much. It was important for me because I assembled the crepes a few hours ahead and didn't want them to get soggy.
