Pam, have you posted the Java Bisket recipe?

Is it brisket made with coffee? If so, do you know what happens to the caffine when it's cooked?My husband cannot have caffine and I am stumped as to whether I can continue to make things like spareribs barboiled in cola prior to grilling.Haven't been able to find the answer anywhere.Wondering if caffine-free cola would work, or is it the caffine that tenderizes the meat? Please post the recipe, it sounds great.
